Cancelation policy in Effect

Future guests: we don't like this any more than you do, seriously its not fun. However the amount of no call no shows has gotten a little out of hand. We are not paid hourly! We are a commission based salon. That means when we get no showed we don't get paid while we are at work, it's sad. Would you go to work if you weren't paid? Bet not.

Moving forward all new guests will be required to have a card on file* OR pay a deposit** when booking appointments. All deposits will be applied to your appointment!*** A fee of up to 50% will be charged for any appointments that are no called no showed and cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice of scheduled time.

*Card on file support is ran and operated by our booking software. No employee will have access to view your saved card on file. Your personal information will not be stored in house or shared anywhere.

**Deposits will be required when booking any service longer than 1 hour in duration. This will include but not limited to Chemical and Extension Services.

***All deposits taken at time of booking will be credited to your appointment at time of check out. Or refunded 100% if cancelled before the 24 hour cancelation time.
